NobleGo ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the NobleGo mobile application, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
By using NobleGo, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Data: Your name, email address, and hashed (encrypted) password when you register.
- Profile Data: Optional information like your company name, phone number, and profile photo.
- Business Data: Invoices, client details, and QR codes you create within the app.
- AI Usage Data: Social media caption requests and history to provide the AI service.
- Brand Assets: Logo images and files you upload to the Asset Gallery.
- Payment Data: Your subscription status and transaction references. We do not store full card numbers — card processing is handled by Paystack, Flutterwave, or PayPal.
- Device Data: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token for push notifications.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your NobleGo account
- To deliver the app's features: QR generation, invoicing, AI captions, brand kit
- To send transactional emails (OTP codes, password resets, invoice delivery)
- To process subscription payments through our payment partners
- To generate AI captions via the Google Gemini API
- To send push notifications (only if you enable them)
- To improve app performance and fix bugs

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following services necessary to operate the app:

Your data is stored securely on a cPanel-hosted server. Uploaded files (logos, gallery images, invoices) are stored on the server's encrypted disk. We use industry-standard practices including:
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt (never stored in plain text)
- All API communication uses HTTPS/SSL encryption
- Authentication uses signed JWT tokens with expiry
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data (profile, invoices, QR codes, assets, captions) will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction: Update or correct your information in the app settings
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Opt-out: Disable push notifications at any time in app settings

7. Children's Privacy
NobleGo is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
